Management is only concerned with tenting units,parking is a joke,reserved spots often blocked by unknown visitors,washer dryers always out of service,landscaping is terrible since they hired a cheap lawn service,its only about the damn money,management is greedy and incompetent,new management is needed asap
Property is OLD Lots of Issues with parking. You can't read the sun bleached and dirt on what is suppose to be apartment number. This causes the residents a lot of issues with each other. Nothing ever gets done. HUM
overpriced for apartments 50+ years old. Many extra added fees (e.g. activities fee) which aren't optional. There aren't seasonal furnished apartments as advertised on their website. There are better options available for the rent being charged.

Washer & dryers are constantly broken Been living here for the past two years or so. They two separate buildings for laundry in which you do have to pay $4.00 to wash and dry a single load, however since May 2020, the washers and dryers have been constantly breaking down and maintenance won't/can't fix them. Also geckos will come in through the air conditioning vents just to annoy you.
Very disrespectful towards parking issues with employees parking in the same space which isa Safety issue especially when a motorcycle weights 800lbs. I have address it many times to the office. Management does not inform thier staff of safty issues and did again the next day.
RecommendedThe staff is great, close to stores, Keene Plaza can be reached by tram. Nice pools, friendly people.
run away Over Priced.Windows are real bad, wind blows right through them. They will keep raising your rent and will do nothing to improve the Buildings. Builds are over 40 years old and look like it Picture are not what your building will look like
Great staff, Clean rooms, beautiful grounds, laundry and pool on site, guest suites available for rental and it is so nice to have a kitchen so we had the comfort of home and not have to eat out all the time. Oh yeah super close to Lyft to Clearwater.
