Old run down apartment, AC didn't work like it was suppose to, moldy smell when running, $200.00 electric bill for a 1 bedroom because of it not functioning properly, old energy eater range jacked electric bill up as well. i scheduled a tour with Imperial Palms and i was very pleased, Alison was very professional nice and friendly. she answered all my questions, and I am very excited with my choice of unit. The complex was very clean and quiet and i am looking forward to moving in soon!
Management is only concerned with tenting units,parking is a joke,reserved spots often blocked by unknown visitors,washer dryers always out of service,landscaping is terrible since they hired a cheap lawn service,its only about the damn money,management is greedy and incompetent,new management is needed asap
