Amazing people. Really nice apartment. Great prices. Grounds are really well kept. Close to everything.
I lived at Imperial Palms for 8 years (2017-2024). At first, it was a nice place to live. Then they started raising the rent substantially. One year, they raised us $200 a month with no notice! This is a 55 plus community and most of the residents are on fixed income. The apartments are very old and they are not worth what they are charging for them. I have the most wonderful caring neighbors here!! The staff is terrific from maintenance all the way to office staff!! They have all different types and sizes of apartments to choose from!!! The friendliness of everyone is what I enjoy so much!!!
