Went in with a vision and Thomas executed even better than I imagined. ten stars. I love my claws!
I hadn’t been here before today, but I have to say I’m impressed! I can’t speak on how long they’ll hold up… but the guy doing my nails did a great job! Might possibly be the best dip manicure I’ve gotten in years. I didn’t catch his name but he’s fairly new to the salon. He was very nice and took extra care with a few of my nails that were broken and fragile. If I’m ever in the area again, I will most definitely come back. My mom had a lovely experience as well.
The worst dipped French manicure I have ever gotten. I had these done today and am not impressed at all. The people were all kind and friendly but that was about it. But daughter also got her toes done the Lu added a color she didn’t want to design and also did a completely didn’t design then the simple wave on her big toe she had asked for.
There were only 2 workers I waited 45 mins. I had the man. When I walked in I had my daughter with me and asked if they had any available time for two full sets. I was told yes and to pick out my color. Finally the man ends with previous customer who didn’t look to happy about her nails. I was already worried at that point. Nails came out uneven, and different shapes. He kept using the electric file on my skin leaving my fingers sore. Bent my finger backwards while roughly using a towel to wipe my hand off. The nails are glued to parts of my fingers. My fingers were completely covered in glue when I left. There are "fuzzies" stuck in the nail polish. The underneath of the nails are jagged. I could keep going
