I purchased 2 palm trees from Imperial Landscaping April of 2020. When the trees were installed, several of my sprinkler heads and piping were severely damages. I did ask if I needed to show them where the sprinkler heads were prior to installation. I was told "no, they have been in business for 26 years." After the installation, I discovered my sprinklers were not work and large amounts of water was gushing from the underground pipes. I have called and spoke to the husband & wife owners. Good folks honest people would do you right
Staff is friendly and intuitive on what I was looking for. Good selections and growing. Since this place is new it was a little difficult to find, because of the previous business logo.
