2010 CR-V, started but died out within seconds. Pouring rain on a Saturday afternoon, happened to be stranded two doors down from Imperial Motors, thought I’d give them a shot. Abraham and a coworker dropped everything, walked to my car with a few tools, correctly deduced an electrical problem. I was charged $66 for a service which was not done. If you could not do the alignment for any reason just don't do that and do not charge. No place would let their customers to leave dissatisfied for a useless service. I just paid money for nothing. This is the first time I have had this experience. I am gonna stay away and would tell others my story. I have to take it somewhere else and pay for the alignment again.
