DO NOT live here!!! I bought a mobile home to resale and they took a deposit but did not give it back when I sold because they said we never gave them a 30 day notice. They also charged us \$70 for water and we did not use a drop. We could never reach the park manager Ron and they had no fax machine to receive applications. Ron actually sent a client to look at another trailer and told them that ours was already sold and that was not the case.
