The owners are horrible. They have taken advantage of family members of the elderly that lived in this park and passed away. Within a week of them passing they tell the family to move the trailer and have 5 days or turn ownership over to them so they can then remodel and rent or sell. They are the most heartless disgusting people. Avoid living there, they will try and find any way to take your home from you that they can.
