Lack of professionalism The job was scheduled for 9 weeks. It took over 6 months. Ended up doing dishes in the bathtub for 5 months. They missed appointments, showed up late, did not respond to my emails. We never knew if we could turn on our alarm system or not. They damaged the inside of several cabinets when they installed light fixtures above and under the cabinets. Things had to be done 3 to 4 times to get them right. It was a nightmare Working with Imperial Marble was a nightmare. Their plans were poorly done and not accurate, schedules were continually missed, at every step of the kitchen remodel work had to be redone to fix poor workmanship. There so called "artisans" were a varying parade of poorly trained and not managed workers, never the same from one visit to the next. Wouldn't wish our experience on anyone.

These guys are THE worst I have come across If there is a 0, I would rate them that... I am out of my Kitchen AND Bathrooms in San Bruno for the last 2+ months!!! They HAVE NO CONCERNS for the customer issues - NONE. They have lots of company problems now and keep firing/hiring - do not know who works on my project plus did worse than a non licensed contractor on some tasks in the kitchen and bath... Filed a complaint with License Board and am going to Small claims court... STAY AWAY from these idiots...

The service was not what I expected Sometimes they would not show up. Staff told that this was normal process. "Nothing is perfect"
