If I could give negative stars I would, I have been coming here for years with my children and has always been a great experience except the last time, and it’s enough to make me never want to go again. I’m not sure what her title is but her names Jessica first off she smells like a ash tray which is gross considering she was in my kids mouth, to top it off she kept texting clearly upset and put the phone back in her scrubs but didn’t wash her hands before continuing. Excelente servicio, sin duda el mejor. Todo el personal es muy amable y el trato hacia los niños es increíble, se nota la vocación y el cuidado en cada visita. Me encanta que hayan remodelado las sillas de la entrada, ya que antes estaban muy maltratadas y ahora el área se ve mucho mejor. Mi único detalle a mejorar es que algunas rejillas del aire acondicionado se ven un poco sucias, y eso deja un poco que desear en cuestión de imagen. Fuera de eso, estamos muy felices con el servicio y definitivamente lo recomendamos.
Getting an appointment the for 1sr time can be a little ways out like a month. But once your child is an established patient they are really good at getting them in. The staff is friendly and very professional. Its very clean. Every time I have gone in I have seen the staff mopping wiping down base boads cleaning the chairs its really clean. Love that they are nice and caring about your kids needs.
My daughter has been a patient for a few yrs now. And she doesn't dread going to the dentist. The staff is great and they answer all of our questions and concerns.
