I ended up at Imperial Jewelry after asking a few places in the diamond district to reset some heirloom stones. Surprisingly, many places don’t do this. Hanan at Imperial Jewelry had a can-do attitude from the beginning and reset my grandmother’s diamond into a yellow gold ring I can wear all the time. He even made modifications after the initial order at my request and texted me throughout the process.
Bought ring from Jacob over the phone with pics of ring was told it was white gold when tested it was silver now they won’t refund money
