I have been renting from Joe since 2020 and it has been the best of all my renting experiences. Joe is a great guy, he is reasonable and honest, and his staff is amazing. They've had the same head maintenance guy, Steve, since I first moved in. He works hard around the building and is very quick to check on issues. My apartment has everything I could need. Reasonable for the location! Three blocks from the lake, and harbor, one block from the library, across the street from Froedtert Hospital, 1 1/2 blocks from downtown Kenosha. It's ideal, 1200 sq ft . $1240 month.
