We hired imperial homes to do $35,000 worth of improvements to our home in 2008 after the Hugo tornado. Stacked stone that we had put on the outside of the front of the house was installed incorrectly and therefore completely falling apart. Imperial refused to answer our phone calls and we had to repair it at a cost of $2500 out of our pocket.
