Very, Very impressed and highly recommended! Bob Johnson showed up early to the inspection and was very personable. Bob was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of my home inspection. He walked me through everything and explained why things are. And he gave me pointers on way to keep certain things new and functioning. I am far from a handy person or a knowledgeable person with construction, but Bob explained things in way even I could understand. I strongly recommend him to anyone getting a home inspection done!
I would never recommend Robert Johnson, Imperial Home Inspections. I told him I could not afford anything more then "negligible" problems with the house. The inspection appeared thorough. He told me problems were minor & repeatedly assured me there was nothing major. "Would you let your wife buy this house?" "Absolutely." Based on his representations I purchased the property.
