Had a fantastic experience buying my vehicle from Imperial Highline of Tysons. Salim was great to work with and really went above and beyond. Salim was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Overral process of buying car was smooth but my issue is there appears to be an entire lack of honor. Came in from a flight to purchase car has price set etc went on quick test drive. Got home and realized car didn’t have an option it was listed as having which is Apple car play. Sales person insisted it did and to bring it in and they would take care of it. Definitely have buyer’s remorse, whether it’s a lack of communication or a disinterest on the dealer, but once I purchased my vehicle my needs as a customer have been put on back burner.
