We're warm and cozy today, thanks to quality HVAC renovation in Los Angeles. During one of our cold spells, I called because the oven was not working properly. We are so glad they were able to schedule us quickly. He was great, immediately figured out what was wrong with our 16 year old furnace and had the parts to fix it on the spot. Super friendly and nice service as well as knowledgeable and competent. I would definitely recommend Imperial Heating and Cooling Repair Colorado Springs.

The Imperial Heating and Cooling Repair technician was very knowledgeable and gave thorough explanation of everything. This was my first visit after the two companies merged, and I will be returning for all of my requirements. Excellent communication from the office regarding the technician's arrival time and identity.

I texted them at around 7:30 am since the air conditioner was not pumping cold air. They gave us a call back in an hour and scheduled us for the same day at a time that worked for us. James the technician showed up on schedule, got to work, and quickly resolved the problem. It turned out to be rather minor, and we quickly resumed our cool air operation. The team at Ken Williams AC is very professional, polite, andknowledgeable, which is why I strongly suggest them. Will employ them once more if an AC problem arises.
