Used this service many years ago to preserve my wedding gown. Upon opening the box- it clearly was never cleaned properly. no stain removal was done. They basically just sealed it into a box. Do not recommend.

We shipped our dress to Imperial Gown and Steven Saidman (owner) before reading reviews unfortunately. After getting a quote (free and no commitment quote per Steven) for a pretty high price - we informed him we needed to think about it, then told him we would do it. He then fell off the face of the earth. We went THREE months with him ignoring calls, emails and texts. We contacted the local news and consumer protection. This Company is run by Steven Saidman and he has what we call now, stolen our dress. His deceitful practices are no doubt evil. He lies impulsively and god know what he may have done/doing to our dress. He claims that we have not paid for the services and therefore does not send the dress back but after multiple and I mean MULTIPLE Emails and Texts and Calls he avoids us at all costs and claims that our card does not go through in the transaction.
