order very small piece of glass for replacement, I brought the old one, told them need cut exactly size of it, and drill holes at same location, I have been told it takes about 3days, I went back after three days, they said it is not ready should be done at afternoon. I went back next day, still not done, I asked them to give me a call when it done, I was waiting for another week and half, no body call me at all, then I call back ask what is going on, I been told it been done long time ago.
