We are officially done with princeton properties so I can finally share my experience. We signed a lease to move into an apartment in May of 2023. After signing the lease the complex alerted us that the tenant living there was refusing to move and gave us an option of signing a lease on a new apartment until they could move us into the original one or to have us delay our move in date until they could evict the tenant. Good place for a home
Counting down the days until I move out. Currently live in Imperial Gardens Community. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They clearly need to update this apartment building; however, they have not done so. 1. Mice problem, which clearly is a reoccurring issue as I found traps on the top of my cabinets. 2. They paint over everything!! I mean everything, they clearly paint over something and call it good. 3. The bathroom outlet does not work. 4. Unsafe outlets in the living room. 5.
