The teamwork at Imperial Floors is excellent. That reflects leadership and a steady hand. They did great work in my home and commercial property! On each job we got well prepared specialists who arrive on time and get straight to work. The clean up after their job was done is disciplined and complete. Excellent knowledgeable people that know there products! They helped us pick our tile within our budget and the installation was amazing! The variety of the products is outstanding. John Paul the tile installer is the best! He is very particular and efficient. So if you want the best don’t even try the rest. Use Imperial Floors that is locally owned and operated.
They scheduled quickly and installer was on time.
In good faith we put down a deposit and ordered our plank flooring with the promise the work would begin on a specific date. We were in the midst of a full remodel. Once they received the funds they called and rescheduled the installation. Then their installers came threw sub flooring on our living room and simply walked out without a word. One worker was allergic to dogs so our toy poodles presence supposedly bothered him. Then this company BREACHED their contract and refused to complete the job.
