They were fantastic start to finish.
Imperial Contracting, Miguel & his crew, did a fantastic job on my roof from start to finish... they began work at 7 AM finding a "window" of opportunity during the rains to get the job done. From moving flower pots away from the house, laying tarp around the perimeter to catch all the debris, and then working to do the tear-off, new underlayment and new shingles. My wife and I have had an overall good experience with Imperial and Gerardo during three different work efforts over two years. Our last experience has been very disappointing and that is why we are giving them two stars only. It is still ongoing and we will update this review with the outcome and details.
Awesome job, fast and on point. Highly reccomend.
