If their drivers are anything like the scam service they offer - STAY AWAY!!
Plumber showed up seemed inexperienced provided a quote way higher than other plumbers and when asked for a cost breakdown they offered a substantially lower quote but still would not break down the costs example labour rate, materials etc. I should have listened to the other reviews like this one about price gouging instead of wasting my time and theirs.
I contacted Imperial plumbing on October 1st to fix a leak in a condo bathroom sink of a unit that is pending sale in the same building as the operate in. The P.0 pop up valve was the issue and I assumed it would be a fairly cheap job because the part is $15 and the job takes 10 minutes. I was told by the plumber it would be $550 to fix which immediately made me laugh. I declined as a new vanity would cost me $550. Once I said no, the management at imperial contacted me and offered me $300 to do the repair which is laughable... read more
