As a new patient I waited for 2 hours! Then I had X-rays done and an “exam” where the dentist briefly looked at my teeth. Then tried to tell me I needed some $3400 deep cleaning!!!!!! I don’t have cavities and I’ve never had issues with my teeth. I told them I wasn’t going to pay that and they kept discounting it. I refused and will find a dentist elsewhere that is not just trying to make a cash grab.
They use AI, Epic Systems to track your charts. They don't just have access to your dental records, they have full access to your medical history. I didn't consent to that. And guess what? Your records aren't yours, they are the company's records that they must maintain. So you don't have control over what is shared to who and when. Enjoy the future of AI where you have no control over your own records.

Vicky is so great with the cleanings!!! Absolutely love her, she’s helpful and really pays attention. :)
This was the first time visit for my Mom, 95. Dr. Enciso and Kathie and the rest of the staff were so very kind, listened to her fears and giving her an ideal option for restoring her top teeth that she was fearful about, but clarified it in a way that gave her the peace to go ahead. Thank you all!!!
