I went here last year to get my son braces off advise that this office was good and had competitive pricing. Come to find out they are overpriced as my other son we took him to bright now dental and was a thousand dollars cheaper. They front desk is rude and does not return phone calls. I would never recommend this location. On the other hand I just took my son to thier Corona location and has the same orthodontist and they are amazing there. Assembly line is the right term. Was there for 4 hrs with my mouth open while I could hear the doctor working on 3 other patients around me. She left me with her assistant found some of the work and the X-ray tech finishing and not even completing the xrays.i can’t go into datail about what happened yet but when I do you’ll be shocked. I highly recommend you stay away from them. I did not see any sanitary Covid 19 practices with the exception of them taking my temperature one 2 weeks ago on my first appointment. They helped my son get a root canal in a timely manner during the holidays when most or the oral surgeons were off. They went the extra mile. Really appreciate their customer service and friendliness.
