Today in my appointment ( 05-10 -2026) had a new Doctor, finally I got answers to my denture issues and was very satisfied as I understood questions I had . Very knowledgeable in dealing with my denture took care of my issue and got the lower dentures ready to sent out for adjustment. Came home very satisfied!! I am looking forward to my next appointment knowing that I am considered as a patient and getting to finalized my dental issues. Also a shout out to the beautiful staff very caring and nice. RECOMMEND 💯!!
After being able to comunícate with the dental office I have a different perspective and I’m going to continue my dental work soon because the dental work that has been done I’m satisfied going on my second year with them has been good thank you
Waiting for a phone call 2 weeks walked in to discuss on refund receptionist told me Administrator wasn’t in and she didn’t know when she would be back and then she replied call next week to see if she was going to be in I just want my refund of 1200.00 before they shut down I’m paying payments to cherry bank every month on work they didn’t do they did good work
This dental office is by far the worst place I have ever been to. They never answer the phone, and when they are closing for any reason they never notify the patients. Reception is very unprofessional and management seems to be more of the same. its a shame becuase the dentists are good. Avoid this place like the plague
Kept rescheduling me for OVER A YEAR. No solid answers, no calls back, nothing straightforward. My teeth were fine but now I’m reaching emergency status. One star goes only to the 5 star dental assistant, she was a very sweet and kind black lady who made me feel at ease and cared for.. she deserves better than an establishment like this and I hope she finds it.
