Do not waste your money or time here. They over book their singular doctor and then have everyone waiting for hours. I booked my appointment several times and showed up early or on time just to be kept waiting over an hour, I’d have to reschedule and then they will call me as I’m pulling up in their driveway *on time for my appointment* or almost there just to tell me they have to reschedule me. They shut down without notifying any one of their patients , their phone still rings but no one answers . Unfortunately I’m leaving this place. They do overbook because I came in on time for an appointment and was not seen till an hour later. I left work early for this too. It’s the front desk honestly
The office manager and one particular receptionist — you’ll likely know who I mean immediately, as they appear to share the same “fashion sense” — are among the rudest people I have ever dealt with in any dental or medical office. If you ask them to repeat something because you didn’t understand, ask for clarification, or ask more than one question, they become visibly irritated and hostile. The new dentist seems fantastic. He is professional, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. On top of that, he does excellent work. The back-office staff who work alongside him are also wonderful, helpful, and compassionate. Unfortunately, the front-office experience has been the complete opposite.
