Nicely run family owned complex in a good neighborhood. Fair pricing, and maintenance is on time. This will be my second rental there starting 10/24.
I love living here at Imperial Court, the apartment is very spacious and there is plenty of storage. This is just what I have been looking for.
I love the natural flow and floor plan that allows me to talk to guests while I'm cooking. There's lots of natural light for reading and my plants... I like that they're family owned and any issues are addressed immediately.
I love living at Imperial Court Apartments! It's a clean, quiet neighborhood. Great landlords who care about the tenants. The apartment is spacious with plenty of storage. I'm happy to be here!
