They used the information I gave them during my intake to help LE psychologically torture me. Do not recommend their services at all.
Literally awful. The staff are extremely closed off yet loud asf at night, the second time I had went there as an adolescent I had to ask three times for a toothbrush (the first time I was never given anything) and one morning they even forgot to give me breakfast ☠️☠️ It was cold asl and the first time I went I would cry and they’d just look at me and I was never talked to I was literally just there to stay there. They’ve done everything in their power to help me and because of them I’ve been sober for a month now
How is it that they’ve changed my doctor over the course of two years at least three time? My last two appointments have been cancelled and I haven’t seen the doctor since last year. When I needed a refill on my prescription, due to the fact that they cancelled my follow up appointment on me in which I was supposed to get my refill then, I had to call them myself and the worker informed me that the nurse would call me back to get the refill situated. I recently moved here to El Centro CA and I was in need of health services. The Staff here at Casa Serena are the most helpful kind caring and amazing people I have ever met. They went above and beyond for me and I am extremely grateful. If you are a resident here in El Centro or if you are a new resident and you want to experience a high level of care for yourself and your family this is most definitely the place to come.
