Everyone was easy to work with, we did it over the holidays which probably made it slower than any other time of the year to get the countertops made. Either way they were easy to get in contact with and were friendly when I reached out. They ripped out my old counters and installed the new ones in a matter of hours. Price was good as well. Overall very happy with the outcome!
This is our second kitchen countertop we've purchased over the years from Imperial!! We are extremely satisfied with the professional service of Imperial Counters from start to finish. We had granite installed in our last home and it made the biggest difference! Best bang for your buck on a remodel for sure. Imperial does quality work and they're a small town business worth supporting!
Worst customer service ever, shitty communication skills, lies about time frames. We were told 2 weeks from measurements being done to installation and now will end up being 6 weeks. Didn't tell us what was going on, we had to keep calling. Just horrible horrible. Never go here.
