We have been in contract with Imperial Cleaning for four years. Their staff are hardworking, punctual, and highly responsive to the needs of the school. Management and supervisors address and resolve any issues promptly. Their pricing is reasonable, and they offer a wide range of services. We are very satisfied with their work.

Extremely Disappointed After Years of Giving Them Chances We hired Imperial Cleaning for what was supposed to be a deep clean after renovating our home. We were very specific that we wanted all renovation dust removed, especially from the floors. They underestimated the time in their quote—which was fine—but even so, we ended up paying over $1,200.
