The sales manger gave misleading information about miles and trade in information. He said this information is in the “paperwork”, which of course it was not. Then my 1 day old vehicle had issues with the unconnected the affected the radio screen and I was told they didn’t have a loaner vehicle available for 2 weeks. This is a car dealership, how could the be possible? I left 3 message for a sales manager to call me back and haven’t heard anything. I would never use this place again. My sales agent was good.
I had a really disappointing experience with this dealership. Online I was given a specific price and set of features for a used Chevy Colorado Z71. I called, confirmed it was there and booked an appointment to see the car. Then I started my drive there. Once I got there I was told that the vehicle “was sold 20 minutes ago” and was shown a completely different truck. It was a classic bait and switch.
