I will never go there again! Got takeout I literally had a 3/4 empty box! I even paid for $1.00 extra meat. We have been coming here for the last 25 years. After this bs not anymore!
Worse experience I’ve ever had tonight ordered got there got the food home for it to be the wrong order called they told me they didn’t have what I wanted on the menu (it’s on the menu) called again they said they had it explained the issue then she wanted to charge us again for the order when we just wanted what we ordered food was cold beyond disappointing.
I've been coming to imperial for several years and i don't know if their under new management or what but yesterday was the worst experience I've had. They were out of dr.pepper, we weren't offered any water. The rice was dry and tasted old. The wonton soup (my favorite) was burnt. I couldn't even chew the beef delight it was so hard. The sweet and sour pork was also very hard but I did manage to eat some of it. I left very disappointed having wasted money with barely anything in my tummy. it at least looked good, somehow it tasted burnt but it wasn't burnt and the rice was kinda dry but my sauce fixed that right up
If a business is going to have a website, at least make sure it is up to date. Was going to order some food, according to their site its a $15 minimum, call in and they tell me its $35.
The waitress wasn't so nice! Food taste different.
