I recently bought a truck and had a disagreement on a repair I wanted done with the sales manger Brad Mancini. They offered me a discount not to have the repair done and provided that price to me when the sale was complete, problem was I asked them to run the used car through the shop and warranty the repair from GMC so it would be free.
