I recently bought a truck and had a disagreement on a repair I wanted done with the sales manger Brad Mancini. They offered me a discount not to have the repair done and provided that price to me when the sale was complete, problem was I asked them to run the used car through the shop and warranty the repair from GMC so it would be free. My conversation was with the sales person and not Brad so all of his info was second hand. Recently leased our second chevy from Imperial Chevrolet. The experience was as excellent as the first one. Want to give a shout out to our sales rep Paul M for his usual attention to detail, timely responses and knowledge of the products he sells. We have dealt with Paul with our first lease also. Additionally, Imperial Service has been excellent.
I contacted this dealership regarding a vehicle listed here on CarGurus. After seeing it here I also looked at it on their own website. The price showed the MSRP, then below it it said "Dealer discount" with an amount next to it. Under that it stated "buy for" with the MSRP minus the dealer discount. If you click on the "dealer discount" it states "Dealer Discount applied to everyone". Any reasonable person wouid believe that the price after the discount is what you would pay. Not so fast though! Buyer beware!! I had a great trade, was going to pay the rest in cash...they told me if I pay cash then the price would be an ADDITIONAL $3,000! It does not say that on this sight. They said the price on here is an internet only price and was only for oeople financing. I found a better vehicle on cargurus.com. Price was as marked and advertised! I do not recommend this dealership.
