I would NOT encourage anyone to use this facility for these reasons: My sister was admitted in Nov '21. Transferred from Jersey Shore Med Center. I visited her 2 days after her admit. She missed her radiation treatment due to incompetence. She was on steroids and radiation RX for mets to her brain. She was mildly disoriented and needed minimal assistance with ADL. Was able to use a commode at bedside and help with her care in Jersey Shore. Imperial refused to give her a commode and put her in diapers. The diaper was too smal... read more
Very caring and attentive
Everyone, from the administration , nurses and all the staff became like family....their kindness and support that they all displayed toward my sister and our family was exceptional!! My sister unfortunately passed while there, but with their direction everything was settled seamlessly! Thank you imperial from the bottom of our 💕 hearts.
Professionals are warm and friendly, environment is clean and welcoming.
