food is always very tasty. friendly staff that dont hover.
i have almost always gone during peak hours and while the staff is always nice, the food almost never is. most everything on my plate is cold when i get back to my table. chicken, no matter what kind, is always tough, can’t even bite through it. egg rolls are chewy and cold. today i couldn’t even get to the red sauce because someone putting out food just left a tray of old chicken fingers on top of it and left the area. was not worth the $21 and change for my friend and i to sit down and pick at our plates to figure out what... read more

the Imperial is one of my favorite places to eat...staff is always friendly and polite....food is always fresh
