Not at all what I expected!. Received the IBE news letter dated 31 Jan, 2020 and this is what it said; "REMINDER!!! Despite many previous reminders of our pet policy, some pet owners are still allowing their dogs to poop on other people's sites. Some are not even picking up after them.
