Recently moved down here and on my fourth week of being here I got hit. I was wicked bummed because I knew no one in the body shop business. Fortunately or Unfortunately...I have had the pleasure of having Imperial do repairs on 3 of my cars over the past 10 years. They do a phenomenal job and take the time to make sure everything is done and done right the first time. They were able perfectly match and blend in the colors when repairing one area that rolls into another. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates great craftsmanship and take pride in their cars appearances.
Excellent work! Honda paint was defective, chipping and peeling off in sheets . We tried a conservative approach but ended up with a total repaint. Team worked diligently over a few weeks to create a perfect finish. They consulted with us every step and kept us informed of progress. THIS IS A FAMILY-OWNED OUTSTANDING OPERATION! We will rely on Imperial in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to you!
His body shop took three months to repair my car. They never handed me a bill or anything else and at the beginning said it would be two weeks for them to repair it. I traded car in prior to the repair being completed because of the massive amount of damage to the vehicle When I went to retrieve my belongings from the vehicle, the car was all dusty completely a disaster.
