I am honestly frustrated with this shop. My car (2025 Mazda3) had gone back to it three times, THREE, due to the following issues: 1. They re-painted the left quarter panel due to a scratch performed at the dealer. Issue here, they painted the car and the color applied wasn’t matching the color of the car, so the car went back. Keep in mind that when I brought up the color not matching to Bobby, the owner, he told me “I honestly thought your wouldn’t notice.” I mean, the AUDACITY of the guy….. 2. These guys did a bad job on the painting of my car. I had an accident and my insurance pay them to get the job done. Like a month after I notice my paint was flaking near the edge of my passenger tire and also whenever a little rock fell in the front of the car the paint would get damage right away. I have many other issues but some others I was able to fix with them. anyways I put an aftermarket intake in the car professionally done and this guy Randy blame it on me that the paint damage was done because of that. I received an estimate for repairs with itemized prices. Out of good faith I agreed and scheduled the repairs. They proceeded to order parts before confirming the correct part numbers and actual prices to make me aware of the cost. They did notify me of the actual cost after already receiving the parts, which was $2000 higher than estimated. I decided to cancel the appointment. Then I was informed they wanted me to pay $510.30 restocking fees to send the parts back.
