Sales person was not pushy, the blinds came in in the time. Promised, and the installers were very professional and neat and clean.
Like other reviews here online, I have to echo the same qualities of this team from Imperial. The sales team was prompt and professional and made good recommendations of my needs. Everything is custom made to fit the exact window opening. They communicated very well along the way as well, which is increasingly rare today.
