I emailed COC.com to remove my 1-star review on their site, as there's no edit option available as on Google, Yelp, etc. I am now locked out for some reason, have heard nothing, and their number goes to Medi Care! I am updating my review, as it was due to my stressful situation, unrelated to IBS, and a minor misunderstanding with Lisa, which has been resolved. IBS is the most affordable, cleanest, and secure facility in OC. Lisa, the manager, is cheerful and helpful, as are all the staff. I highly recommend this facility ... read more
