Tim’s Upholstery did an outstanding job on my new convertible top two years ago. two years later, the top had a manufacturer defect. even though I was out of warranty, they convinced the supplier to cover the warranty and had them ship a new top that arrived next day and was installed in less than 48 hours! I appreciate the high level of customer service and personal care that Tims Upholstery provides. If anyone is in need of auto upholstery Tims is the place to go!!

Excellent service. Tim's replaced a convertible top and vinyl upholstery in the front door of my daughter's VW Beetle. The workmanship seems top-notch, but what impressed me most, though, was their willingness to go above and beyond. Even though it was closing time before the NYE holiday, they voluntarily spent half an hour helping my daughter reattach her aftermarket backup camera to the bumper.
