BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a car from Mike Refy at Imperial Auto 3 years ago. We went to trade it in on another vehicle and found out that it had been totaled in Colorado, brought here and retitled. Utah is a buyer beware state, which we didn't know either. They told us that even though blue book was $7500, we could only get $1500 because the car had been wrecked and the frame re-straightened.
