Particularly office manager Cassandra will lie about numbers, including lying to your insurance company and lie about your monthly payments to both the finance company and your the insurance company . Your first month bill from the insurance company will be way more then promise. You will have to rush and get Defensive driving courses she lied about and agree to pay for home owner insurance and all types of extras she promised the insurance company to get the price you will think will be your monthly bill... read more

RecommendedI found the exact car I wanted in my price range here. I drove from Boston and they helped me arrange the out of state purchase. the car is awesome and they really wanted me leaving happy. they did extra touchups before I picked it up. we discussed extra fees, but they were reasonable, especially since they weren't looking for storage fees until i could pick it up. i totally recommend this type of purchase. i would not have been able to afford this car near my home, so it worked well. the staff was really friendly, too.
I am very, very weary of used car dealers for obvious reasons. I've been burned by 2 of them. 2 months ago, I bought a 2010 Acura TL, Black with 75,000 miles. It was love at first sight, super clean, well kept. I love the car and today still runs beautifully, but more importantly, I felt the owners were super honest, and professional. They treated me like family and didn't act like slimy sales people. I love this car so don't know if I'd buy another anytime soon but will highly recommend these guys to anyone in my family.
