Beautiful complex. Great management. It's a community, and it's a vibe!
Ive never felt more safe in any other complex.. A genuine care for tenants,all always friendly. I also like that the Office is open daily as well as maintenance.Hats off to Jersey for running a complex that my family can feel safe in.
I have lived here for almost 2 years... It's a great place to live, close to shopping and downtown attractions.... The management has been kind and professional!!! It's quiet, neighbors are nice and respectful...
I have lived here for the last4 yearsAnd the last management did not actually manage Now that we have got new Management they seem to care a lot more. Alot of things are getting better and they are fixing the place up and our manager cares about her Tennants. I am looking foward to this place when everything being done thanks jersey for doing what you do and getting rid of the riff raff
This place has very poor management. He mentions he's got a gun if you visit a friend later than they allow. Hours are not posted and if you stay on property after hours you have to find someone with keys to let you out. I'm sorry but I believe that violates a few safety codes? Ya I'm sure of it. It's trash. If you go there make sure it is under new management. Ridiculous.
