Amy is amazing! She has taken the time to genuinely get to know my child. She is so compassionate and professional while still being able to laugh and break down walls with my child. She plays an important part of keeping my child on the right track to success. We will forever be thankful for the amazing work she does!
I am actually insulted by this. I reach out for services on March 16. I get an email for intake paper work on April 9th. I could understand if the appointment took that long. But there is in my opinion no reason why that paper work couldn’t have been sent at minimum a couple days after but to not receive it for almost a month is not acceptable. Find somewhere else if you actually want services. I've been waiting for Amy since mid April to send me documents so I could get my son services. Even though I have called numerous times and have been told documents will be ready by the end of the day, there has been zero follow thru. I have left messages that haven't been returned and have wasted my time trying to persue business with them.
There are not enough words to describe how amazing Amy is. You will not find a more professional, kind, and understanding provider!
