We were visiting Louisville and was looking for a place on a Sunday evening for food and adult beverage. Just a place to kick back nothing fancy but wanted good food. Impellizzeri's came up on our google search and decided to try it. There was 4 of us and they had a beer for each of our taste. Then the pizza.......we ordered a large with everything. We all agreed it was one of the best pizzas we have eaten. Highly recommend!

a few weeks ago on a Friday night my bf and I ordered carry out from this location. we were told 30-40 minutes. after over an hour of waiting we discovered our pizza layered into someone else's order that had been sitting for some time, right in front of us on the counter. Best pizza in Louisville. I have been earring Impellizeri’s pizza since I was in my 20’s. I am now a senior citizen and I have to say that yesterday we had the best pizza ever and I told the chef that because I meant it.
The best pizza I’ve ever had!
We ordered the $35 dollar pizza. It came out very well done and about 1/3 of the cheese as the one from last time. The manager took it off our bill and apologized. Although we didn’t get to eat pizza we had other things to eat and we will go back again. Friendly staff and we were not upset about the experience.
