Quick, friendly service, came in to have my watch resized and it took him about 5 minutes to get it dialed in perfectly.
They matched a sale price 3 days after the sale had ended and give great customer service! Also the cheapest place in town to get a watch resized. Highly recommend!
I went to this store to see if they offer watch battery replacing service, since the other place was closed. He did it for 15 bucks, which wasn't too bad. I got it back, the time was corrected and the watch was moving again! I was very happy. But then i looked at the back and saw that my name on the back was crooked. I asked him to fix it, and he did fix it, sure, but there were two new noticeable scratches through my name and small dents on the back.
