Dr. Umerah was very unprofessional and my visit at Wellstar Primary Care was not pleasant. First of all, she laughed when she asked about my legal first name (it's a Chinese name) as if she found it ridiculous or something. And then, we did an ear examination and it was obvious that she didn't know how to use the otoscope. She just poked it in my ear anyhow and was scratching my ear canal with it.
