Expensive under the building valet only parking but in the middle of embassy district.
Car was broken into at 1537 lot with nothing inside of it. No responses to my emails or support on getting surveillance footage despite damage to my car (car was also dented and scratched).

I’ve had two frustrating experiences with this Impark location when they were full. I occasionally need to park in the area and have tried using this parking lot. Both times, the garage was full, so I pulled in to ask if there were any available spaces. The attendants responded with the worst attitude, not even bothering to look at me while talking.
