Unfortunately, they are not friendly at all, you are not able to talk to their manager, the clerks do not intrude themselves!!!! they are not responsible for the problems that should solve with them and they will ask money from you instead. Payments machine was not working I tried 4 different cards. Then I have to pay the ticket🤷♀️
