Impark in Port Moody is one of the most poorly run operations I’ve ever dealt with. The eight-hour parking limit is unreasonable, poorly communicated, and flat-out irresponsible - it actually encourages unsafe choices by punishing anyone who leaves their car overnight to do the right thing in certain circumstances. Their dispute process is a complete black hole - slow, dismissive, and clearly designed to wear down anyone trying to resolve a legitimate claim. Parked here. Pleased with the price. Small stalls though. Ok cuz I have a small call.
Could do with some shade in the middle so walking across during the summer is not so miserable. Otherwise it's just a parking lot lol
