My overall experience with Impark has been good. The company did sell their public lot on 7th/5th. Their prompt service no matter who you talk to and their best (cheapest) monthly rate is worth seeking out their locations and renting from them. If I didn't have to relocate, I'd definitely do that. Who knows, I may need them in the future.
