Attempted to park here tonight for an appointment. Said clearance was 6ft. I pulled it and CRUNCNED the roof on my truck. I park in underground parking spaces that specify 6ft clearing every day and I’ve NEVER experienced this. Pure panic set in and I had to reverse up a ramp with other vehicles trying to get under to park.

Horrible and rude customer service. They dont offer enough time to vacate the underground lot to get service to download the app and pay. Apparently i was 26 minutes late to pay even though we paid as soon as we got outside to cell service. I also overpaid by an hour for time, so we paid for more time than how long we were actually there and they still wouldnt not remove the fine. Dont offer a payment through an app if you cant give enough time for people to download it. Its a very bad business practice to punish your honest... read more
I paid ahead of time online and reserved my parking spot in lot #442 661 university Ave Toronto, reserved by my liscence plate only to find a ticket on my window for $86.47. After complaining to impark they generously made it $5 cheaper. RIP off artist at their best!! I paid $110 for a hospital appointment
No instructions on how to pay for parking at their Sheppard Avenue location resulted in a ticket which I disputed and was offered a $3.00 reduction in reply. Posting instructions on how to pay and post a receipt on one’s dashboard would save many people from this experience, but no response was made to my pointing out that a business can not expect a customer to intuitively know their rules and regulations.
